Doesn't "Tasty Salted Pig Parts" sound delicious? I need to find out if these pig parts are humanely raised because their salumi cones look tempting.
One day I will work up the nerve to spend a ton on their organic, sustainable, humanely raised meat, but for now I'll just avoid meat in general. I must say, I'm intrigued by their lard pie dough.
