A couple months ago, I picked up a Chinese water-color painting on the streets of SoHo. Unfortunately, due to a packing mishap, I broke the simple black frame it came in before I even got back to California. :-(
A few days ago, I finally found a frame that I thought would work with the painting and the rest of the decor in the house, and now it hangs happily in my little corner of the living room where I like to sit with my laptop or reading material. Every time I look in that direction, it brings a smile to my face.
